In Puerto Vallarta each year from December 1st to 12th, the people participate in processions to the Cathedral of Guadalupe and bring offerings. Most of the children are dressed in traditional dress, as are some adults. I captured a photo of this little girl waiting for her turn to walk in the procession, and painted it when I returned to Vancouver.
